Descripción del alojamiento This spacious and modern villa is located in Ottsjö village, 10 km from Trillevallen Ski Centre. It features a private sauna, spa bath and free Wi-Fi access. Ottsjö Beach is a 25-minute walk away.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace and seating area with flat-screen TV feature under the high ceiling of the living room. Ottsjö Bear Lodge has 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 12 people.

Cross-country skiing, hiking and scooter trails are found right outside the door. Guests can relax on the balcony and patio. Activities that can be arranged locally include fishing, horse riding, canoeing and dog sledding

Åre Ski Resort is 25 km away. Åre-Östersund Airport is a 1-hour drive from the villa. The nearest restaurant, pub and grocery store are a 15-20 minute walk away. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Ottsjö Bear Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of SEK 5000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
After booking, you will receive payment instructions from Ottsjö Bear Lodge via email.

Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them on site or bring your own.
