This hotel is located at the northern tip of the island of Sipan, at the top of 2.5 km-long Sipanska Luka beach, facing westwards towards the beautiful Elaphiti Islands. The hotel is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, in a well-tended park-like complex, very close to the harbour and in the heart of Sipanska Luka, with its mixture of restored stone houses, luxury villas, and historical churches. This beach hotel is only a couple of minutes from the centre, where there are bars, restaurants, a public transport stop, shops, the beach, and a wood. Dubrovnik airport is approximately 30 km from the hotel.
Renovated in 2006, this air-conditioned conference hotel, was once a factory for processing the olive harvest, and was converted into a hotel in 1979 and later renovated in 2005/ 2006. Now it is a modern, comfortable 3-storey building, with a total of 88 rooms, including 4 suites. There are also 5 luxurious rooms in a neighbouring 120-year old villa which are part of the hotel. The lobby features a 24-hour reception, a safe, and a currency exchange desk. The hotel also has a bar, a café, a games room, a restaurant, a conference room, public Internet access, a kids' club, and a bicycle storage room and bike hire service. Room and laundry services are available for hotel guests, as well as a car park.
The rooms and suites, most of which have breathtaking views of the beach and picturesque Sipanska Luka, come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, a double bed, carpeting, and central heating. Some rooms have a balcony.
